Using the site
I Love My Dog is a free directory of dog parks across Canada. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Park information
Listings come from our own research, from suggestions by the community and from public data such as OpenStreetMap and City of Toronto open data. Rules, hours, fencing and conditions can change, and some details may be out of date or wrong. Always check posted signs and local by-laws, and use your own judgment about your dog’s safety and behaviour. Pet hotel and boarding listings come from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date; please confirm services, availability and prices directly with the business.
Suggestions and reviews you send
When you suggest a park or leave a review, you confirm the information is true to the best of your knowledge, and you let us review, edit and publish it. We may decline any suggestion or review. Please do not send anything unlawful, misleading, abusive or promotional, and do not try to disrupt the site or send automated or repeated requests.
Photos you upload
When you upload a photo you confirm that you took it or have the right to share it, and that it does not show people who have not agreed to appear. You allow I Love My Dog to review it and, if approved, to display it on the site and in link previews, with the credit you chose, for as long as the page exists. You can ask us to remove it at any time through the contact form.
No guarantees
The site and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, I Love My Dog is not responsible for injuries, losses or damages that result from using the site or visiting a park listed on it.
Links and products
Some pages may link to third-party sites or products. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
